Woman claims collision at Waterford Lakes Towne Center parking lot injured her

ORLANDO – A passenger claims that a parking lot collision in Orlando caused bodily injury.

Leeann Johns filed a complaint on May 11 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Jonothan Eliades alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 27, 2015, she was a restrained front seat passenger of a vehicle traveling in the Waterford Lakes Towne Center parking lot when the defendant negligently and suddenly backed out of a parking space so that his vehicle collided with the vehicle plaintiff was in. As a result, plaintiff alleges she suffered injury, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, aggravation of an existing condition and loss of earnings. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendant and other such relief deemed proper by the court. She is represented by Lina M. Lopez of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
