CLEARWATER – A woman claims she was injured in an auto accident in St. Petersburg.
Sarinsa Strecker filed a complaint on May 12 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Peter Davidsmeier alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 26, 2016, she suffered permanent bodily injuries and damages when the defendant struck her vehicle on Fourth Street North in St. Petersburg.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation for all damages sustained by plaintiff and cost of suit. She is represented by James W. Holiday of Holliday Karatinos Law Firm LLPC in Lutz.
