CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County motorist is facing a suit after allegedly injuring another driver in a Clearwater crash.
Richard James Schaller Jr. filed a complaint on May 12 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Steve K. Papastefanou alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 15, 2016, he was driving on Memorial Causeway in Clearwater and was struck by the defendant. He alleges he sustained bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, disfigurement, loss of enjoyment of life, loss of earnings and medical expenses.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages of more than $15,000 against defendant and such other just and appropriate relief. He is represented by Andres N. Oliveros of Andres N. Oliveros PA in Tampa and Dereck G. Capaz of Capaz Law Firm PA in Tampa.
