Woman claims she was injured in Pompano Beach auto accident

FORT LAUDERDALE – A woman alleges a negligent driver caused a collision in Pompano Beach.

Linda Bryant filed a complaint on May 4 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Michael Baskin alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 3 near Southeast 15th Street and Southeast Ninth Avenue in Pompano Beach, the defendant collided with her vehicle. She alleges she sustained bodily injuries and damages including pain and suffering, disability, impairment, mental anguish, inconvenience, incurred medical expenses and loss of earnings.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages, costs and interest. She is represented by Todd Baker of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene PA in Fort Lauderdale.
