Woman seeks more than $15,000 for damages after Pinellas County collision

CLEARWATER – A woman alleges she was injured in an auto accident in Pinellas County.

Maria Stefas filed a complaint on May 12 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against David Dehamer alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 22, 2016, the defendant collided with her vehicle on Mease Drive at the intersection of Mil Ray Drive. She alleges she suffered bodily injuries that resulted in pain and suffering, disability, medical expenses and loss of earnings.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $15,000 plus costs of this action. She is represented by Alfred J. Tetlow of The Law Offices of Psetas, Moore & Tetlow PA in Port Richey.
