Driver seeks damages after collision in Broward County

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County man is seeking damages after a collision in the county.

Paul Medina filed a complaint on May 4 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Charles Anderson alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 1, 2016, he was traveling at the intersection of Nob Hill Road and Oakland Park Boulevard in Broward County when the defendant struck him. The plaintiff alleges he suffered bodily injuries and resulting pain and suffering, disability, scarring, mental anguish, loss of earnings and aggravation of previously existing conditions. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages and costs. He is represented by Robert G. Corirossi of Robert G. Corirossi PA in Coral Gables.
