FORT LAUDERDALE – A woman alleges injuries because of a hole in a Davie parking lot.

Amy Skoke filed a complaint on May 4 in the 17h Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Prisa II Davie SC LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 17, 2015, she fell after stepping in a hole in the parking lot of defendant's property and suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, impairment, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Prisa II Davie SC LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to properly repair the hole that caused the accident and failed to warn invitees of the dangerous condition of its premises.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages of more than $15,000 against defendant. She is represented by Joseph Bilotta of Vassallo, Bilotta, Friedman & Davis in West Palm Beach.
