Man alleges injuries after collision on Coconut Creek Parkway

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Davie motorist is seeking more than $15,000 in damages after a collision in Coconut Creek.

Guillermo Rodriguez Martinez filed a complaint on May 3 in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Broward County against Mohammed Tamim alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 24, 2016, he suffered bodily injury and aggravation of a pre-existing condition as a result of the negligence of the defendant in operating a vehicle so that it violently collided with plaintiff's motor vehicle on Coconut Creek Parkway. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000, plus costs, interest and other relief that the court may deem just. He is represented by Jose A. Fuentes and Michael D. Schutt of Fuentes & Berrio LLP in Deerfield Beach.
