ORLANDO – An Orange County man alleges he was injured in a collision in Orlando.
Sergio Zeledon filed a complaint on May 10 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Stephen Joseph Rodriguez and Jose Miguel Rodriguez alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 29, 2016, he was traveling on Carrier Drive at the intersection of Canada Avenue in Orlando when he was struck by Stephen Joseph Rodriguez, who was operating a vehicle owned by Jose Miguel Rodriguez. He alleges he has suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a previously existing condition, mental anguish, lost earnings and incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, for compensatory damages, costs and further relief as is deemed proper by the court. He is represented by George A. Lorenzo of Lorenzo & Lorenzo PA in Tampa.
