CLEARWATER – A woman alleges she suffered injuries in a collision in Pinellas County.
Kiara Frazier filed a complaint on May 9 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Alexandra Suter and Vincent Suter alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 9, 2017, Alexandra Suter was operating a vehicle owned by Vincent Suter near the intersection of San Christopher Drive and Fresh Drive in Pinellas County and caused a collision with the plaintiff. As a result, Frazier claims she suffered bodily injuries, inconvenience, loss of earnings and medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment of more than $15,000, plus costs, and for such other relief to which the plaintiff may be justly entitled. She is represented by Royce C. Haddad Jr. and Adam J. Talley of Haddad and Associates in Clearwater.
