Driver seeks damages after accident in Orlando

ORLANDO – An Orange County driver is accused of negligence after a collision in Orlando.

Adam G. Graney filed a complaint on May 8 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Christopher A. Franks and McKenzie Paquette alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 22, 2016, he was traveling on Robinson Street in Orlando when Franks, operating a vehicle owned by Paquette, collided with his vehicle.

He alleges he sustained permanent injury, loss of an important bodily function, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages and other relief deemed proper by the court. He is represented by Francisco J. Gonzalez of Gonzalez Law Firm PL in Heathrow.
