ORLANDO – A Windermere woman is seeking more than $15,000 in damages after a collision involving a Casselberry resident.
Jacinda Baugh filed a complaint on May 7 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Hunter Austin Sears alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 22, she was operating a vehicle along Tillman Avenue in Orlando when the defendant carelessly operated his vehicle so as to collide with another motorist, who in turn collided with plaintiff's motor vehicle.
As a result, plaintiff alleges she sustained injuries, including permanent loss of an important bodily function, aggravation of an existing disease, pain, suffering, disability, loss of wages and incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages of more than $15,000. She is represented by Jason P. Herman and Matthew H. Wolfe of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
