Largo driver alleges injures in Orange County collision

ORLANDO – A Largo woman claims a Cocoa man's negligence caused an auto accident.

Amanda Avey-Dobbins filed a complaint on May 8 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Christian Roquevert alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 23, 2015, the defendant collided with her vehicle while she was traveling near the intersection of state Route 528 and state Road 520 in Orange County. She alleges she suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, mental anguish, loss or earnings, and incurred medical expenses, as a result of the negligence of the defendant in operating a vehicle so it that collided with plaintiff's motor vehicle. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendant for personal injury including losses, costs, interest and for other relief as may be deemed proper by the court. She is represented by Steven J. Tomesko of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
