Driver seeks more than $15,000 in damages after Pinellas County crash

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County woman alleges she was injured in a collision in the county.

Pamela Lovett Williams filed a complaint on May 3 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Barbara Schmid alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 2, 2015, the defendant collided with her vehicle at the intersection of 66th Street South and 25th Way South in Pinellas County. She alleges she has suffered damages including disability, disfigurement, loss of enjoyment, mental anguish, loss or earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000 plus costs of action. She is represented by James E. Flynn Jr. of The Flynn Law Firm in St. Petersburg and Jennifer R. Beltz of Beltz & Beltz PA in St. Petersburg.
