Motorist claims injuries after Boca Raton auto accident

Car accident 05

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Palm Beach County resident's allegedly negligent driving is claimed to have caused a collision in Boca Raton.

Clelia E. Gosn filed a complaint on April 27 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Juan M. Jimenez alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 23, 2016, she was driving along Loxahatchee Road in Boca Raton when the defendant carelessly operated his vehicle so that it collided with the vehicle maintained by plaintiff. As a result, plaintiff alleges she sustained serious personal injuries, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, and incurred medical and hospitalization expenses.

The plaintiff holds Jimenez responsible because the defendant allegedly exceeded the speed limit and failed to operate his vehicle in a reasonably prudent manner.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant, for damages of more than $15,000, plus interest and costs. She is represented by Alejandro Uriarte of Uriarte Law PA in Miami.
