ORLANDO – An Osceola County resident alleges he was injured in a collision in Orange County.
Estelgiv Lopez filed a complaint on May 2 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Steven Kilmer alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 27, 2016, he was traveling on U.S. 441 and was slowing for traffic when the defendant rear-ended him. He alleges he suffered bodily injuries as a result of the incident.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000, exclusive of costs, interest, attorney's fees and other relief the court deems just. He is represented by Craig R. Lynd and Jeffrey S. Kaufman of Kaufman & Lynd PLLC in Orlando.
