ORLANDO – A patron at an Orange County CVS alleging a display caused him to fall.

Felix Acosta filed a complaint on May 1 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Arcostar LLC, doing business as CVS, and an unknown manager alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 10, 2016, he was shopping at the defendants' store and was injured because he tripped over a display that was in the walkway of the store.

The plaintiff holds Arcostar LLC and the unknown manager responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to warn plaintiff of the dangerous condition and failed to discover and correct the hazardous condition that exists in its premises.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000, exclusive of interest and costs. He is represented by Gary J. Boynton in Winter Park.
