Two allege they were injured in collision near French Drive

FORT LAUDERDALE – Two Broward County individuals allege they were injured in an auto accident in the county.

Nyles Barnes and Christine Rigaud filed a complaint on April 24 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Mirza Mosharof Hossain alleging negligence and property damage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 5, 2015, Nyles Barnes was driving a vehicle with Christina Rigaud as a passenger in the county at the intersection of North University Drive and French Drive when the defendant failed to control his vehicle and collided with the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs allege they suffered bodily injury resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement and mental anguish.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant for damages, together with interest, attorney's fees, costs and further relief the court deems just. They are represented by Jermaine Thompson of Jermaine O'Neill Thompson PA in Pembroke Pines.
