Driver alleges Panda Express vehicle driver caused injuries

ORLANDO – An Osceola County resident alleges she was injured in a collision with a Panda Express vehicle.

Jennifer Alvarado filed a complaint on April 25 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Sean Patrick Neswick and Panda Express Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 9, 2015, she was operating a motor vehicle east on Central Florida Parkway in Orange County when Neswick negligently operated the vehicle owned by Panda Express so that it collided with plaintiff's vehicle. As a result, plaintiff alleges she suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, inconvenience, aggravation of an existing condition, hospitalization and medical expenses, loss of earnings, and loss of ability to lead and enjoy a normal life. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for damages that exceed $15,000, exclusive of interest, costs and attorneys' fees and other such relief deemed proper by the court. She is represented by Mario Romero of Morgan & Morgan PA in Kissimmee.
