American Express Centurion Bank alleges individual owes more than $15,000

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County woman is accused of failing to pay a loan.

American Express Centurion Bank Corp. filed a complaint on April 18 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas Circuit against Kimberly Ann Santoro, also known as Kimberly Salansky, alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant owes a balance of $15,405.05 for a loan.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $15,405.05, plus court costs, and other relief the court deems reasonable. It is represented by Scott E. Modlin of Modlin Slinsky PA in Sunrise.
