American Express Bank alleges JS&A Holding Investments, individual of defaulting on credit account

ORLANDO – A financial institution alleges an individual and limited liability company defaulted on the terms of a credit account.

American Express Bank filed a complaint on April 17 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Juan Cordoba, also known as Juan S. Cordoba, and JS&A Holding Investments LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants entered into a credit account agreement with it and defaulted on the terms and conditions. It alleges it is owed $35,559.88.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for damages in the amount of $35,559.88, plus interest and cost. It is represented by Christina N. Charlet of Zwicker & Associates PC in Jacksonville.
