Driver seeks damages of more than $15,000 after Fort Lauderdale crash

FORT LAUDERDALE – A woman alleges she was injured in an auto accident in Fort Lauderdale.

Erika Kesler filed a complaint on April 17 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Marceline Emile alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 26, 2017, she suffered bodily injury, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, loss of earnings and incurred medical and hospital expenses from the negligence of the defendant in operating her vehicle so as to collide with plaintiff's motor vehicle. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000, plus costs. She is represented by Tomas L. Gacio of Abrahamson & Uiterwyk in Tampa.
