Discover Bank alleges woman defaulted on credit account

FORT LAUDERDALE – A creditor alleges an individual owes more than $20,000.

Discover Bank filed a complaint on April 17 in the Broward Circuit Court against Marisa Medina alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant defaulted on the terms and conditions of the credit account and that $21,233.10 is due and owing. 

The plaintiff holds Medina responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to fulfill its obligations under the agreement, by failing to pay the incurred charges on the account.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $21,233.10, plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Zoran D. Jovanovich of Zwicker & Associates PC in Deerfield Beach.
