Motorist alleges injuries in Pinellas County collision

Car accident 40

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County man alleges he was injured by an underinsured driver while traveling in the county.

Christopher J. Moldovan filed a complaint on April 14 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Pierrette Bedard, John Gagne and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 27, 2016, he suffered bodily injury, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, incurred medical expenses and loss of earnings, as a result of the negligence of Bedard to allow Gagne to operate his motor vehicle, which collided with the vehicle driven by plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges State Farm has failed to make payments to the plaintiff for underinsured motorist coverage.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000, costs, interest, attorneys' fees, and other relief the court deems proper. He is represented by Elizabeth Munro and Kelly E. Green of Florida Vanguard Attorneys LLC in Tampa.
