Old Republic Insurance Co. alleges individual owes more than $48,000 on note

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County resident is alleged to have failed to pay a promissory note.

Old Republic Insurance Co. filed a complaint on April 14 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Kelly A. Warren alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant executed a promissory note with First Horizon Home Loan Corp. and last made payments on it in November 2012.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the sum of $48,608.59, together with interest accruing from Jan. 1, 2009, attorney's fees and costs. It is represented by Brett A. Foster of Patrick A. Carey PA in Orlando.
