Motorist alleges he was injured in collision with Super Transportation of Florida vehicle

Car accident 26

CLEARWATER – A man alleges he was injured in an auto accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 19 and Haines Bayshore Road.

Robert Lee filed a complaint on April 6 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against John D. Odgers and Super Transportation of Florida LLC, doing business as Blue Van Leasing alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 13, 2015, he suffered physical injury, mental anguish, permanent loss of an important bodily function and permanent scarring, as a result of the negligence of Super Transportation of Florida to allow Odgers to carelessly operate its vehicle so as to collide with plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Odgers and Super Transportation of Florida LLC, doing business as Blue Van Leasing, responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to safely operate a vehicle so as not to cause damage, failed to pay attention to traffic and keep a proper lookout for other vehicles.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages against the defendants, and costs of action. He is represented by James E. Flynn Jr. of The Flynn Law Firm PA in St. Petersburg.
