Regions Bank alleges it is owed more than $23,000 for line of credit

CLEARWATER – A financial institution alleges that an individual defaulted on a line of credit.

Regions Bank filed a complaint on April 6 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Colleen Macpherson alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant opened a line of credit in 2007 and defaulted on the agreement. The suit states that on April 26, 2012, Regions Bank accelerated and charged off all amounts owed under the Credit Agreement and a total amount of $23,266.56 remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of $23,266.56, interest, attorneys' fees, litigation expenses, court costs, finance charges, and further relief as the court deems just.
