ORLANDO – An Orange County man alleges he was injured in a collision caused by a negligent driver.
Salvador Ojeda filed a complaint on April 6 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Jimmie Lowman III and Jimmie Lowman Jr. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 12, 2016, he was driving on East Main Street in Apopka when Lowman III, driving a vehicle owned by Lowman Jr., collided with the plaintiff's vehicle. He claims he suffered bodily injury, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience and incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages against the defendants and other relief deemed proper by the court. He is represented by Gregory S. Berry of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
