ORLANDO – A driver alleges he was injured in an accident in Winter Park.
Rafael Bohorquez filed a complaint on April 6 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Elizabeth A. Voyles alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 22, 2016, he suffered physical injuries, disability, mental anguish and loss earnings, from getting involved in an automobile accident with the defendant in Winter Park. He alleges the defendant negligently operated her vehicle.
