ORLANDO – A Casselberry woman alleges she was injured when a Winter Springs man collided with her vehicle in a parking lot.
Denitra Smith filed a complaint on April 5 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Ivan Nazario and Orlando Health Inc. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 7, 2015, Nazario was driving a van owned by Orlando Health in a parking lot in Orange County and collided with the plaintiff's vehicle. She alleges she was injured because of the defendant's negligent driving.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant, for damages and cost of litigation. She is represented by David Beers and James Thomas Gordon of Beers & Gordon PA in Oviedo.
