Suntrust Bank alleges ICSV33 Inc. owes more than $38,000

Late 02

CLEARWATER – A bank alleges that an entity failed to pay back a loan executed in 2008.

Suntrust Bank filed a complaint on April 3 in 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against ICSV33 Inc. and James Tiller alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered monetary damages as a result of ICSV33's default on a loan guaranteed by Tiller.

The plaintiff holds ICSV33 Inc. and Tiller responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to fulfill its obligations under the agreement, by failing to pay the sum due.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants in the sum of $38,669.25, court costs and other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Amy J. Winarsky of Marcadis Singer PA in Tampa.
