CLEARWATER – A Hillsborough County mobile application developer alleges a former vendor unlawfully used its intellectual property.

Unation LLC filed a complaint on April 3 in the Pinellas Circuit Court against Aaron Georges and Look Alive Design LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2012, Georges through Look Alive provided graphic design services to it. The suit states Georges executed a nondisclosure/noncompetition agreement with the plaintiff in 2012.

The plaintiff holds Georges and Look Alive Design LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly used, disclosed and published the plaintiff's confidential and propriety information, including its copyrighted materials and other intellectual property, on their websites.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory damages, injunctive relief, prejudgment interest, court costs and attorney's fees. It is represented by John J. Agliano of Bajo Cuva Cohen Turkel in Tampa.
