Santander Bank alleges it is owed more than $19,000 from Columbia Funmap

FORT LAUDERDALE – A creditor alleges a dissolved Broward County corporation defaulted on a promissory note issued in 2012.

Santander Bank NA filed a complaint on March 29 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Columbia Funmap Inc. and Alan H. Beck alleging breach of note and breach of guaranty.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered substantial monetary damages as a result of defendants' default under the terms of the note by failing to make the necessary monthly payments. The suit states Beck was the guarantor on the note.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, for unpaid principal amounts due of $19,287.04 plus interest, court costs, and attorney's fees. It is represented by Kevin R. Jackson of Law Offices of Kevin Jackson PA in Fort Lauderdale.
