Man files suit alleging damages after Tamarac vehicle accident

FORT LAUDERDALE – A man alleges he was injured in a collision in Tamarac.

Aduke Wilson filed a complaint on March 21 in the Broward County Circuit Court against Myra Jean Baum alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 19, 2015, he was driving near Rock Island Road and Bailey Road when a motor vehicle negligently operated by the defendant collided with his vehicle. 

As a result, plaintiff alleges he suffered losses, including bodily injury, disability, mental anguish, loss of earnings, incurred medical expenses and a diminution of the value of his vehicle. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, costs of action and further relief as the court may deem just. He is represented by Jonah M. Wolfson of Wolfson Law Firm in Miami.
