ORLANDO – An Orange County man alleges he was injured in a collision on Moss Park Road in Orlando.
Gustavo Rengifo filed a complaint on March 21 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Sara Haj Ali Akbari and Nasser Haj Ali Akbari alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 8, 2016, Sara Haj Ali Akbari collided with his vehicle in a vehicle owned by Nasser Haj Ali Akbari. He alleges he suffered bodily injury, disability, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, medical expenses and loss of earnings as a result.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for damages, costs and further relief as the court may deem necessary. He is represented by Scott D. Santos of Pardy & Rodriguez PA in Orlando.
