ORLANDO – Four individuals allege they were injured after a motor vehicle accident in Orlando.
Luis Victorero, Kimberly Victorero and Yasmine Victorero, individually and as guardians of minor Isaac Newton, filed a complaint on March 20 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Diane R. Hampton alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 16, 2016, they were traveling near the intersection of Curry Ford Road and Conway Road in Orlando when the defendant collided into their vehicle. They allege they were injured as a result of the incident.
The plaintiffs hold Hampton responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently operated her vehicle.
The plaintiffs seek judgment for damages against defendant. They are represented by Juan Asconape of Schwed, Adams, Sobel & McGinley PA in Palm Beach Gardens.
