FORT LAUDERDALE – A Miami-Dade County woman alleges she was injured in an accident in Broward County.
Nahomie Raphael filed a complaint on March 14 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Broward County against John Pacheco alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 25, 2016, she injured her head, neck, mid and low back when the defendant collided with her vehicle on state Route 9 in Hallandale Beach.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment on her behalf, for compensatory damages of more than $15,000, interest, costs, attorney's fees. She is represented by Dean M. Gettis of Law Offices of Dean M. Gettis PA in North Miami.
