ORLANDO – A driver alleges she and her daughter were injured when a motorist failed to yield.
Danjrail McGee, individually and as parent and guardian of Destiny McGee, filed a complaint on March 13 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Ivonne Elizabeth Ramos alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 13, 2015, she and her minor daughter were both in a car she was driving along Oakwood Road when the defendant collided with the plaintiffs while attempting to make a left-hand turn in front of oncoming traffic. The plaintiff holds Ramos responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain vehicle under control, and failed to drive at a lower speed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages together with interests of more than $15,000, costs of action and such other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by John D. Mooney III of John D. Mooney PA in Fort Lauderdale.
