ORLANDO – An Orange County resident alleges another driver's negligence caused injury.
Derric Tarver filed a complaint on March 31 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against the Diane E. Macaw and Allstate Insurance Co. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 6, 2013, he suffered bodily injury, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, medical expenses, loss of earnings and aggravation of a pre-existing condition as a result of Macaw negligently operating her vehicle and colliding with the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff holds Macaw and Allstate Insurance Co. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to safely operate a vehicle so as not to cause damage, failed to pay attention to traffic and keep a proper lookout for other vehicles.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for personal injuries and damages against the defendants of more than $15,000, plus attorney's fees, costs, and all other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Rick Jacobs of Miller, Jacobs & Marks in Orlando.
