Woman alleges pothole at Greater Orlando Aviation Authority property caused injuries

ORLANDO – An Orange County resident alleges she broke her ankle because of a pothole at an Orlando location.

Nikki Cintron filed a complaint on March 24 in the Orange County Circuit Court against Greater Orlando Aviation Authority alleging failure to warn.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on August 14, 2014, she was injured as she stepped into a pothole within the premises of defendant's property. The plaintiff holds Greater Orlando Aviation Authority responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to adequately warn plaintiff of the hazardous condition of the area, and failed to keep the area free from all defects and hazardous conditions.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendant. She is represented by Scott D. Santos of Pardy & Rodriguez PA in Orlando.
