Evangelistic Haitian Voice of Orlando accuses Hall Communications of breach of contract

Contract 09

ORLANDO – A nonprofit claims its rental payment for radio access was refused.

Evangelistic Haitian Voice of Orlando Inc., doing business as Haitian Voice of Orlando, filed a complaint on March 13 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Hall Communications alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it contracted with the defendant in December 2015 for radio access for $500 per month. The plaintiff alleges the defendant discounted access on Jan. 3 because the plaintiff failed to make a payment due Jan. 1. It alleges the defendant wrongfully refused to accept payment and that the contract was terminated, but the plaintiff claims the contact states the defendant only has the right to discontinue the contract until payment is received during the month which it is owed.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, interest and costs. It is represented by Derek L. Metts of Metts Legal PA in Winter Park.
