MIAMI — Employees are suing All Metro Home Care Services of Florida Inc. d/b/a All Metro Health Care, Seth J. Shapiro, Dave P. Middleton and James T. Watson for alleged unpaid wages, violation of applicable minimum wage law and violation of workers compensation acts.

Hebnise Eugene, Daphnee Felisma, Valerie Blount, Victoria Lynn Johnson, Maricka Jackson and Lillie Pearl Jackson filed a lawsuit on March 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida alleging that the defendants failed to provide employees their proper wages and benefits.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they have suffered monetary damages from the defendants' wrongful conduct of creating false and inaccurate pay records to avoid paying their full and proper overtime wages. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly refusing to pay them their legally entitled wages or provide legally compliant and accurate itemized wage statements.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendants plus costs, attorneys’ fees, and other remedies the court deems just. They are represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
