Driver alleges she was injured in collision on state Route 482

Car accident 34

ORLANDO – A Pennsylvania woman alleges she was injured in an accident with an Orlando driver.

Dawn McCoy filed a complaint on March 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Jean Frantz and Marie Monette Cime alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 27, 2015, she was traveling along state Route 482 and suddenly and without warning was struck with great force and violence by a vehicle owned by Frantz and operated by Cime. The plaintiff holds Frantz and Cime responsible because the Cime allegedly failed to keep vehicle under proper control, failed to operate vehicle at a safe speed, and failed to keep a proper lookout for other vehicles on the road.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in her favor, compensatory and punitive damages, interest, costs, counsel fees, and further relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Monte J. Rabner of Rabner Law Offices PC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
