MIAMI – A Georgia woman alleges she was injured on a Carnival Cruise Lines ship after slipping on a substance.
Tracy Hydock and Jeffrey Hydock filed a complaint on March 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Carnival Corp., doing business as Carnival Cruise Lines, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 26, 2016, Tracy Hydock suffered physical injuries after slipping on a foreign substance and felling down a set of stairs. The plaintiffs hold Carnival Corp. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to warn the plaintiff regarding the hazardous condition of the stairs.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek all damages of more than $75,000, interest, punitive damages and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Michael F. Guilford of Michael F. Guilford PA in Miami.
