King Ocean Services alleges Daily Freight Cargo Corp. owes more than $24,000

MIAMI – An operating common carrier alleges it is owed thousands for shipping goods for a Miami-Dade County business.

King Ocean Services LTD filed a complaint on March 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against Daily Freight Cargo Corp. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2016, it shipped goods from Port Everglades for the defendant. The plaintiff holds Daily Freight Cargo Corp. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual obligation to the plaintiff by failing to pay its for transporting its goods to the consignees.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $24,456.58, interest, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Dee M. Dolvin of Dee M. Dolvin PA in Miami.
