FORT LAUDERDALE — A Palm Beach County man is suing his employers, alleging unpaid wages, violation of applicable minimum wage law and violation of workers compensation acts.

Jose Saul Rosillo filed a complaint Feb. 26 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Gebs Industries Inc. doing business as JJ Quality Builders of the Palm Beaches, Jamie F. Galimidi and Sandra Duque, alleging they failed to pay fair wages to the plaintiff in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, Rosillo worked for more than 40 hours without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to pay minimum and overtime wages to the plaintiff as required by FLSA.

Rosillo seeks trial by jury, damages, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorney Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
