Pauline Quinn sues Wal-Mart Stores East for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiff Pauline Quinn against defendant Wal-Mart Stores East, LP. The case (number 24-001598-CI) was filed on April 10, 2024. Quinn is represented by attorney Bruce Culpepper of Culpepper Kurland, PLLC.

Quinn alleges that while visiting a Walmart Superstore in Oldsmar, Florida on February 24, 2023, she slipped on a piece of produce that had been negligently left on the floor. The incident resulted in physical and mental injuries to Quinn, as well as loss of wages and wage earning capacity.

The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 from Wal-Mart Stores East, LP for their alleged negligence in maintaining the safety of their store premises. This amount is exclusive of interest, costs and attorney's fees.
