Vasyl Kristoforov sues Gabriel Benovitz for car accident damages

In the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Vasyl Kristoforov has filed a lawsuit against defendants Gabriel Benovitz and Mitchell Heyman. The case, identified as 502024CA003263XXXAMB Div: AJ, was filed on April 8, 2024.

The complaint details an automobile crash that occurred on July 29, 2022, in Palm Beach County. The defendant Gabriel Benovitz was driving a Volkswagen sedan owned by co-defendant Mitchell Heyman when he allegedly rear-ended Kristoforov's vehicle. As a result of the accident, Kristoforov claims to have suffered permanent injuries.

Kristoforov is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for permanent bodily injury, significant disfigurement and scarring, pain and suffering, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, mental anguish and medical expenses. The Grife Law Firm represents him.
