Adam Capalbo has filed a lawsuit against Palm Beach County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida. The case was filed in the Circuit Court for the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, under case number 502024CA003210XXXAMB Div: AJ on April 5, 2024. Capalbo alleges that he suffered serious bodily injuries as a result of a collision with a vehicle driven by Alvaro Filiponi, an employee of Palm Beach County. The incident occurred on March 17, 2023, while Capalbo was driving his 2018 Nissan on S. Jog Road in Palm Beach County.
The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $50,000 for physical injuries and mental suffering endured by Capalbo due to the accident. He also claims loss of income and medical expenses incurred for the treatment of his injuries.
