Cory Douglas Sarrels sues Bradford Taylor Bindas for motor vehicle collision

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for Pinellas County, plaintiffs Cory Douglas Sarrels and Steven Paul Lima have filed a lawsuit against defendant Bradford Taylor Bindas. The case, bearing ID 24-001610-CI, was filed on April 10, 2024. The plaintiffs are seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for an incident involving a motor vehicle collision.

Represented by their counsel, Sarrels and Lima allege that on June 19, 2023, Bindas negligently operated his 2018 Chevrolet Traverse causing it to collide with their vehicle at the intersection of 62nd Avenue North and 12th Street North in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a result of this collision, both plaintiffs claim to have suffered serious and permanent injuries.

The lawsuit details the damages incurred by Sarrels as a result of Bindas' alleged negligence which include bodily injury; great physical pain and suffering; disability and physical impairment; disfigurement or scarring; mental anguish; inconvenience; loss of capacity for enjoyment of life; expense of hospitalization, medical care and treatment; loss of earnings; loss or diminution of earning capacity; aggravation of an existing disease or condition; and permanent injury within a reasonable degree of medical probability.

Sarrels is demanding a trial by jury and judgment against Bindas for these aforementioned damages.
